The first collaboration between "ANNA SUI" and "JIZAING×INDEN"

JIZAING Co., Ltd., which plans and sells "Inden," a traditional leather craft that has been passed down in Yamanashi for over 400 years, has teamed up with ANNA SUI to create the first collaboration product. The products will be available in limited quantities from Friday, January 24th at the INDEN YA×JIZAING Tokyo Station Gransta Tokyo store and the JIZAING×INDEN JRE MALL store (online).

JIZAING has been proposing products suited to new lifestyles by adding a modern sensibility to the high value of Japanese tradition.

Inden is a traditional leather craft in which patterns are applied to deerskin with lacquer.

We have created five leather accessories that are luxurious yet suitable for everyday use, recreating the rose and butterfly motif that symbolizes the world of ANNA SUI using traditional techniques.

The "rose" is a vibrant blue created using the chintz technique. The "butterfly" is expressed as a continuous pattern using lacquer dots. The artisans' advanced techniques allow them to complete the patterns by changing the stencil for each different motif.

Deer leather, which is said to be closest to human skin, becomes softer and more comfortable with use, and the lacquer becomes brighter and more lustrous over time.Enjoy the charm of Inden.
