■ Delivery days

Except for before and after long vacations, busy delivery periods, bad weather, natural disasters, and delivery company circumstances, it will basically be delivered in 2-5 business days after ordering.

*For customers in remote islands or distant locations, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
*If your order falls during holidays such as New Year's or Golden Week, we will ship it sequentially from the next business day onwards.
*Our business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the year-end/New Year period.
*Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock.

 

■ postage

Free shipping for more than 4,400 yen including tax. If it is less than 4,400 yen, you will receive a total of 500 yen nationwide.

 

■Overseas shipping

Some products are available on global-e only in designated countries.International shipping is available.

It will be shipped from our warehouse in Japan within 7 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, it is expected to receive the item within 3-10 business days of shipping date.

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in the cart and the shipping address you entered.

The handling of taxes, duties and other customs fees is determined by the country in which they are shipped. In most countries, customs and sales taxes are paid, and they are included in the price.

 

■ About specifying the delivery date and time

We apologize, but we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
We will ship your order as soon as it is ready.

■ If the delivery address is not available

If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, the shipping company will leave a delivery notice, and we will arrange for the recipient to contact us to make arrangements.
Generally, if the recipient is not home within 7 days of the delivery notice being left, the product will be returned to the sender.
If your order is returned because we were unable to deliver it, you will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs. Therefore, we kindly ask that you accept your delivery whenever possible.
