Please check the details of your order for errors. Customers who have registered as a member can check their order details from My Page. If you do not receive an order confirmation email after a while, please check your order details from My Page.
If you do not receive an email after placing an order, it may be because:

  1. Your order has not been completed.
  2. The registered email address is incorrect.
  3. It is sorted into the junk mail folder.
  4. You specified a domain in your junk e-mail settings or you didn't specify a domain.

  6. Not sent at our convenience.

If your order details are displayed and your e-mail address is correct, please check that it has not been sorted into your spam folder.

・ Change of order details Cancellation

We will arrange the product immediately after the customer's order is completed, so we cannot change the product (quantity, color, size, etc.) or cancel it. Please check your order before confirming it. We take great care in inspecting and packing, but in rare cases there is a possibility that defective products will be sent. We apologize for the inconvenience if there are any inconveniences such as dirt or mistakes in the product during delivery, but please fill in the following and contact us within 2 weeks of receipt using this inquiry form.

・Cancellation of orders

Due to unavoidable reasons, we may cancel your order.

  • (1) When another customer orders a product during the customer's purchase procedure and the product is out of stock.
  • (2) When the customer's order cannot be settled by the credit card company
  • (3) When the product cannot be delivered to the delivery address of the order
  • (4) If your order information is sent in duplicate by mistake
  • (5) If you do not receive the product within the period (7 days from the date of shipment) due to absence or unknown address, etc.

* In the case of cancellation due to the reasons (1) to (4), customer service will contact you to cancel your order.
